In this case, I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if the issue persists.
Method 1#
Let’s try to run DISM command, as this command helps in restoring system file corruptions.
a) Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, press Windows key + Q and type on CMD right click on Command Prompt from the list and select Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
b) Type the following commands. Press Enter after each command
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
c) Close the command prompt. Check if the issue persists.
Method 2#
Placing your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.

If the issue does not occur in clean boot, then you may determine which application/service on the computer is causing this issue.
